The Kenneth Starr who contributed $10,000 to Andrew Cuomo in July 2004 is not, as I claimed two weeks prior, the one who probed, so to speak, Monica Lewinsky. A Cuomo aide noted their Starr the managing director of Starr and Co., a "multi-family office" that manages money.
