The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached media who is wanted in connection with a sexually motivated burglary that occurred within the confines of the 13th Precinct. Details are as follows:
It was reported to police that on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at approximately 9:30 p.m., a 28-year-old female victim was entering her residence in the vicinity of 21st Street and Third Avenue when an unidentified individual forced his way through her front door. Once inside, the individual forcibly touched the victim’s body. The victim fought off the unidentified individual and closed her front door. The unidentified individual fled on foot to parts unknown. The victim refused medical attention at the scene.

Subway Shover Indicted for Death of Ross Falzone
The former Broadway dancer turned madman, Rhamell Burke, 32, has been indicted for the alleged murder of Ross Falzone, 76, a retired Upper West Side school teacher.
“Ross Falzone was walking to a Chelsea subway station when Rhamell Burke allegedly shoved him down the stairs, abruptly ending his life. This unprovoked and terrifying act of violence committed against an older New Yorker shook our city,” said District Attorney Alvin Bragg. “My thoughts are with Mr. Falzone’s loved ones as they mourn his tragic loss.”
As alleged in court documents and statements made on the record, on May 7, 2026, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Ross Falzone, was walking towards the 18th Street and Seventh Avenue subway station entrance. Burke was walking on the same block, behind Falzone, without interacting.
Falzone reached the top of the stairs to enter the subway station and briefly paused. Burke approached him from behind, and without saying a word, used two hands to forcibly shove him down the stairs.
EMS arrived on the scene and transported Falzone to Bellevue Hospital at approximately 10 p.m. in an ambulance for his head injuries and broken ribs.
At the hospital, his brain bleed progressed, and he was pronounced dead at approximately 2:55 a.m. the following morning.
Burke was arrested that same day, May 8. He was arraigned and pleaded guilty on June 17. He is presently being held without bail on Rikers Island. Department of Correction records describe Burke as a Black male, 6 feet 3 inches, 180 pounds.
Prior to his alleged fatal attack on Falzone, Burke was facing charges on two other Manhattan transit assault cases, one on Feb. 2, the other on April 2. Burke’s next scheduled court date on the murder charge is Sept. 9.
