9/11 Memorial Stair Climb: In recognition of the 25th anniversary of September 11, Retro Fitness is inviting local first responders, members and all community residents to participate in a 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb in partnership with the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation. The event is part of a nationwide Retro Fitness initiative encouraging participants to climb 110 flights, or 2,071 steps, representing the height of the World Trade Center towers and honoring the 343 FDNY firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice.
